#Rainbow my sole Fallout oc created for an Exodus campaign who wound up having character development#beyond the scope of what anybody else was doing and I only got to play a couple times anyway#she's from a community that formed out of a vault full of hippies#and her dad is ted strayer#also the reason I don't play evil aligned characters bc I was too guilty about stuff she accidentally did to ever do it on purpose
